Mr. Felahy successfully defended a Los Angeles business owner in a claim of fraud and breach of contract on a sale of goods. After a one-week jury trial, the jury returned a defense verdict after 30 minutes of deliberations. (Indiamond vs. Rahimian).

Mr. Felahy successfully defended several property owners of undeveloped oil land in Long Beach, California. Although the Municipal Agency claimed that the lands were contaminated and refused to pay market value as a consequence, after a two-week jury trial, Mr. Felahy obtained a verdict for the landowners which was higher than the average market value for uncontaminated land and 40% greater than the highest pre-trial offer made by the Agency. (SHRDA v. Young).

Mr. Felahy obtained a verdict and ultimate post-verdict settlement of $1,600,000.00 after a 4-month jury trial for the loss of business property and equipment as a consequence of a fire, which was nearly 4 times greater than the highest pre-trial offer. (Harris vs. CB&I).

Mr. Felahy secured a jury verdict and ultimate judgment of over $1,000,000.00 on a business fraud litigation matter involving the sale of a business, which was 100 times greater than the highest pre-trial offer. (Sachan vs. Kim).
